If you are a new customer please make sure to check your e-mail (especially your junk folder) in case we contact you for proof of age. Without proof of age we will not process your order.
All terms and conditions mentioned here are in addition to your statutory rights.
Placing An Order
If by a typing error or wrong pricing information from suppliers an item is displayed at an incorrect price, we will send an e-mail to the purchaser stating the correct price and asking for confirmation of the order before we process any card details. If the purchaser is unwilling to pay the correct price then Target Fly Ltd reserves the right to cancel the transaction immediately without any liability to the purchaser.
Certain debit cards and pre-pay credit cards can be issued to under 18’s therefore we will make background checks to verify age.
To ensure that your order is dealt with quickly please ensure that you provide us with your full name (no nicknames or abbreviations) and please ensure that you enter the address that your payment card is registered at, as your billing details.
The Target Fly Ltd reserves the right to refuse sale of goods to anyone we believe to be under the age of 18 years.
Orders will be despatched via Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Most items will be sent out the next day but we aim to despatch all orders within 2 working days of cleared funds. Parcel Force deliveries MUST be signed for. Please note; Parcel Force deliver Monday to Friday. If there is no one available to sign for your parcel they will leave a card with details of when your item will be redelivered or where you should go to collect it.
IMPORTANT: POSTAGE QUOTED IS FOR MAINLAND UK ONLY.
Additional postage charge to the following areas Scottish postcodes AB and above, HS, IV, KA27 & 28, KW, PA20 & above, PH4 and above and ZE. OR Northern Ireland, Southern Ireland, Scottish Isles, Channel Isles, All other isles off the mainland.
Additional charges are determined by location and weight and can be SUBSTANTIAL for delivery to any of the areas listed.

Target Fly Ltd offer an unconditional money back guarantee within 7 days of the product being received . This applies only when the item is returned unused and with all packaging complete and intact.
The purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the goods to The Fly Fishing Experience Ltd and for the risk of damage in transit. If the goods are lost or damaged in transit Target Fly Ltd reserves the right to refuse a refund and it is the purchasers responsibility to seek compensation from the courier. The purchaser must ensure the returned item is adequately insured to the items value.
We will not refund any postage costs incurred where an item is returned for any reason other than its being faulty.
In the unlikely event an item is faulty:
- If the item is found to be faulty on delivery the customer must report the fault to us either by e-mail or telephone within seven days of receiving the item. We may then ask for photographic proof or for the item to be returned to us.
- The return postage will be refunded to the purchasers card to a value no more than the original postage charged.
- It will either be replaced, at no extra cost to the purchaser or a full refund given, whichever is preferable to the purchaser.
Replacement parts may sometimes be supplied instead of an exchange, whichever is appropriate.
